As a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their individual wellness goals through thoughtful, therapeutic massage. I draw from a diverse range of training, including Swedish, oncology massage, myofascial release, relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, Tui Na, Ayurveda, and Thai techniques, and other Western modalities.

In my spare time I love cooking, play tennis and family movie night.
